Can you love and hate one thing at the same time? well, yes indeed. Caracas is the kind of place where you can feel so much love, because there's no place like it, and feel so much hatred, just because how things work out. A beautiful chaos would be the perfect phrase to define it.
And I tell you, it's getting harder and harder living in here. No quality of life . People are loosing their mental health, their mental peace.
